Employee Relations Manager
Counsel management and employees on employee relations issues and investigate and process claims, as well as conduct professional staff development training. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, related field or equivalent work experience, three years human resources experience, preferably including employee relations; and previous experience dealing with management from first line supervisors to middle managers.
All positions require the ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English fluently. All positions are for our office in Guadalajara, Mexico.
