Production Team Lead
Responsible for developing production employees to achieve individual, company, and client goals, while overseeing the work activities of assigned production employees; support the quality performance and sales skills of agents by providing accurate responses to questions with a sense of urgency during call processing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education Must meet minimum age requirement for project and/or location of projectHigh school diploma or GED required and be at least 18 years of ageExperience Minimum 6 months experience in a call center environment required.Other Successfully complete West Corp Quality Certification ProcessScore acceptably on job-related testing assessments (data entry, spelling, reading, reading comprehension, sales aptitude testing and cognitive ability testing).Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouseType 15 words per minuteBilingual in English and Spanish (skill may or may not be required dependent upon position that is open)
