COS Support Supervisor

	Anuncios de Empleo/Ofertas de Empleo/América del Norte/México/ COS Support Supervisor Responsible for supervising various activities of the operations support staff in accordance to departmental policies, practices, and guidelines while adhering to established timelines; ensure real-time individual and overall line group call statistics are monitored by assigned operations support staff in a timely and accurate manner; address quality issues and maintain the highest level of quality possible for assigned areas; supervise assigned staff to ensure they monitor the attendance of assigned production employees in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to established department policies and procedures; compile data for various reports, as requested, ensuring all data is accurate, timely, and forwarded to the proper department. Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education High school diploma or GED required Experience Minimum 2 years operations, training, or quality assurance experience in a call center required Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred Other Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required All positions require the ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English fluently. COS Support Supervisor

Responsible for supervising various activities of the operations support staff in accordance to departmental policies, practices, and guidelines while adhering to established timelines; ensure real-time individual and overall line group call statistics are monitored by assigned operations support staff in a timely and accurate manner; address quality issues and maintain the highest level of quality possible for assigned areas; supervise assigned staff to ensure they monitor the attendance of assigned production employees in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to established department policies and procedures; compile data for various reports, as requested, ensuring all data is accurate, timely, and forwarded to the proper department.
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
Education
High school diploma or GED required
Experience
Minimum 2 years operations, training, or quality assurance experience in a call center required
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
Other
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required

All positions require the ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English fluently.
