COS Support Specialist

	Anuncios de Empleo/Ofertas de Empleo/América del Norte/México/ COS Support Specialist This individual will be responsible for providing support to assigned COS Operations team(s) which may include monitoring individual and overall line group call statistics, tracking production employee attendance, performing a wide variety of general clerical functions, and preparing reports in a timely and accurate manner. Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education High school diploma or GED required Additional post secondary coursed taken in business administration or related field from an accredited college preferred Experience Minimum of one year clerical or customer service experience required Minimum one year telemarketing experience preferred Other Suite of office software packages Type a minimum of 30 words per minute accurately All positions require the ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English fluently. COS Support Specialist
