Some projects may require use of your sales skills as well. Qualifications Ability to type 20 wpm Clear, distinct speaking voice Prior customer service experience Excellent problem solving skills Strong attention to detail Ability to provide directions and explain processes PC experience is a plus All positions require the ability to read, write and speak both Spanish and English fluently. Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be trained to work exclusively for one client.
